In machining industries, we often need to measure the deformation of a screw under some micro stress.
Measurement scheme
LDS can automatically measure the tiny deformation of a screw under stress, and feed the data back to detecting system in real time. Through the measured data, we can get the relation between stress and deformation to improve the quantity of screws. The precision can be 1 micrometer and the range is up to 10 millimeters.
