On sheet material production line, there often needs a flatness measurement. The traditional method was using a caliper or other special tools to measure the thickness, which was quite inefficient.
Measurement scheme
Now we can use several LDS to measure the displacement of sheet surface and analyze its flatness. We can acquire the measured data from software and make some adjustments in real time.
